Sweet Sydney is always up for some computer time. Today, she wanted to have her chance at blogging. So she picked the new background and she wanted to post a comment. So hears her comments from today...I don't know what to say. We love her beautiful smile and they way she laughs!

New Things on the Horizon...

As many of you know my friends and I started a hairbow company Juzt Girlz over 5 years ago. It was a fun outlet for all of us to be creative and make a little money. However, the time has come that we are ready to go our seperate ways. We are all still very good friends--which doesn't usually happen when your doing business together. But, we've decided our spring dress shows will be our last shows. What does this mean???? We decided its really up to each of us. We each will take 1/3 of the inventory left in stock after our blow out shows. Then we are free to continue in the direction we would like. For me, I'm thinking its time to really get blogging. I continue to make bows and flowers, and my latest creation is my flower/bow which I'm thinking to call my mix-up line. Sharing my passion and bows with family and friends is something I want to continue to do. Below is my Black Mix-Up. As you can see its not a flower and not a bow. Working on it!

So with my new internet provider--I'm happy to report this whole blog thing is rather easy. My goal this year is to post once a month with something fun, up-beat and what's going on in the curtis clan. So this post is the first of hopefully 12 in the new year.

I'm happy to report we are doing well around here--still getting over the colds of California just after Christmas but the coughing all night has ended. We are still working on organizing Christmas decorations, spring cleaning everything but in January and just getting everything in its place from last month.

My christmas present to my parents has been a long and fun task in which I hope to complete by Friday. I've been putting together a blurb book 2009 of all my siblings and parents. Everyone has sent me 45 photos of last year and about a 2 page word document of their comings and goings of 2009. Its been really fun to see everything--everyone has done. The reason its not totally done is we traveled to California the sunday after Christmas and spent a week running to disneyland, the beach, lego land and San Diego. I've decided since I haven't sent the book that we should add a few more pages of christmas and the trip. I love a good project--right?

I'm still getting my pictures organzied from the trip but here are a few from Newport beach. Check out Cate running crazy!

Syd couldn't seem to find enough shells in the sand and Lily just didn't know what to think of the sand. Love my girls and the beach. ***Goal***get back to the beach for a week in the sun. In the meantime I'll keep working on getting organzied and someday have a hard bound book of each year of our lives right? One of my favorite pics from the trip!

Terrible @ Blogging

Just wanted to add a note that I'm terrible at blogging. And I'm working on it! I wish I had more time in the day to do fun things on my computer. But, I have to proritize and I've found that spending time with my girls is way more important that keeping current on my blog. I have found facebook though and I have enjoyed finding old friends. I hope that I can continue with facebook and make some more connection with friends I've lost contact with. Goodbye for now don't know when I'll write again!:)

Our Sweet Sydney

Okay Heidi your wish is my comand! Here are a few photos of our sweet Sydney Ann.

She is getting so big we can't believe it. Here favorite things right now are school(our big Kindergarten), art/crafts which she can't do enough of, ballet and tap lessons, and just being the best big sister ever. She loves playing with cate! They make me laugh everyday with their wild stories and adventures. They can make any part of our house and backyard a new place in their minds. These are a few pictures of Syd doing what she loves.

Another one of Sydneys favorites is spending time with dad. She loves camping, fishing and just playing in the great outdoors. I don't wonder where she gets it because if you know Chris you know he can't be kept inside to long.

We love our girls so much and can't wait to add another beautiful girl to the mix. Sydney is so excited to be a big sister again. My next post will be Caitlynn's photos and a little bit about her. Hope you enjoy Heidi! Love ya.
